George Vandekas is a Partner with Recruiting in Motion. He started his career in the recruitment industry in 1997 and specializes in placing Finance and Accounting professionals in both permanent and contract positions.

George's recruiting career began with a multinational staffing firm where he quickly established a keen ability to tune into clients’ needs and identify top candidate talent. Throughout his tenure, George was consistently recognized as a high producer.

The key to George's success lies in his ability to make and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with both his candidates and clients. His honesty and integrity have been integral to his ongoing success.

George's enthusiasm for his career comes from a history of soccer; playing, coaching and mentoring. As a player, he performed and played to the semi-pro ranks and continues to be an active contributor of grass-roots soccer throughout the community.
